Hello Chloe, I hope you are very well, well I am writing this beacuse I am really desperate, I dont know what to do, I decided to make your 30 day plan in December 2018, but I said it would be absurd since it is CHRISTMAS, and I could not stand for the delicious food, but then I said, Ill do it in the summer and I started a week ago, and I have not noticed any changes, I was inspired a lot by the Breeze woodsoon video, and I said to myself, if she can do i an do it also, she mentioned that after three days she saw results, but I still feel the same, , and I'm not fat, right now I'm like you at the beginning of the 30 day plan, and I'm also eating healthy and only 2 times a day, and I drink a lot of water, so pleaseeee give me tricks, or videos because I trust a lot in your videos since I have seen results in other people, and also tell me what that I should eat, but pleaseeeee I just want to have my flat belly like yours I do not even want the lines that you have(that looks amazing girlll) but first i want to achieve getting a flat belly in 1 or 2 months and then i want to have abs and the lines and all that stufff, thank you for inspiring me and many people , love you.

  6. Hi Chloe so I have a quick question. I've been doing your 30 day ab work out challenge amd today was the 10th day for me. I felt different today I think it was bc I engaged my abs a lot more today, but is it normal that I don't see any differences yet? Around what time do you start seeing changes? Wjat should i eat. Ive been trying to eat heathly and drink plenty of water but i am not sure I'm seeing many changes what should I do? I have a flat stomach but no abs. Please help!

Rn I am going to a gym BC of my weight 😅 and even tho I followed all the exercise😮 AND the Diet plan I haven't lost even 1kg in 2 weeks😥 and TBH when I was following your cardio exercises I was losing not only weight☺ but my body became used to the hard exercises and I could actually see visible differences😊. now I regret paying my money for the gym. when I was following ur cardio exercises I wasn't even using a diet plan and it worked better☺ and the gym was also expensive as hell 😫. From now on I'm gonna follow ur exercises again. Ur exercises showed results so I thank u for that😊 .BTW the reason why I joined a gym was BC I couldn't find time to exercise but now that I had paid her it kinda created a sense of emergency in me to exercise bc I paid money for it.😂 I didnt want to waste my money☺

  12. Thank you for always uploading new things and presenting them in a super motivational way, gives me strength to continue and feel hopeful. I've had a problem with anxiety that started when I was 12 and over the past few months has been really hard to manage, however seeing ur videos has made me laugh and feel ultra motivated to get out of bed and work out, eat properly and smile… Which has also influenced the control of the anxiety issues

    First things first, I am so impressed by your workout and been following you too, i. e., workouts as well as social media 😘😘.

    I want you to help me with one more thing, right now am up with 30 days flat belly challenge and it's been 18 days and am already seeing the changes. And now I want to work on my legs and hips as well I got those wobbly thigh and calves fat which I want to get rid. I have been checking your others workouts as well but wanted to especially ask you which one would help me with That fat and cellulose at the same time.

  17. Do you have any advice for those with allergies such as nut and sea food allergies on what they should eat while doing your 35 day summer shred challenge because I am allergic to both sea food and all kinds of nuts and im at a lost on what I should be eating?

  19. I started doing the summer shred challenge a few days ago, and although my body is in pain bc of the workouts, I feel a bit lost bc I’m not sure what I should be eating, I think this helped a bit, I really want to do this right, thank you for this video 💜💜

  20. I have a question..do you only workout in the morning or do keep working out throughout the day? I'm really trying to slim down my stomach and my body in general. I would say that I'm average size but I'm not confident about my stomach. It is my third day working out on your 30 day plan. What I do is your flat belly workout and then I go to your desc. and I do the day that I'm on along with it or I'll do your kpop blackpink workout. My family is trying to eat healthier so hopefully that'll benefit me. I've always struggled but seeing your results and others is so encouraging. Thank you :))

  25. I’m vegetarian, but most of the foods in this I can’t eat. Moving forward it would be really nice if you can include a meatless alternative, I’m not telling you to change your diet, but if you’re going to include the recipe it would be great if there was a meatless option.

  35. Am On my 20 day from your 35 weight loss program . I am so thankful for u chloe …. I have tried so many diets that didn't work and made me even gain more weight and ur program is finally helping me to be more confident and stronger. I won't lie to u guys i haven't lost weight but my stomach is flatter and my body have changed so much . I seriously can't believe that i am really looking almost as good as i wanted myself to be … Just to tell u guys that the numbers do not have any matter you can totally look thinner without loosing weight trust me this is what happened to me… I haven't finished my program yet and am still going i won't give up .   36. Hi Chloe, I started doing your lower ab exercise as that is the only problematic area in my body in other words you can say as belly pooch. What I wanted to know is do I need to follow diet along with the exercise. Why I am asking is because I don't eat any junk, my meal is home-cooked food which basically consist of oatmeal, eggs with avocado, green smoothies that's my breakfast which I keep rotating it and for my lunch I will have brown rice, curry and sometimes chicken but I control my portion…it's very rare that I will have evening snacks and for dinner I usually repeat what I had in lunch however sometimes I will have baked chicken and baked sweet potatoes. Now can you tell me should I change my diet or should I eat what I usually eat and exercise.Waiting for you reply.

  37. I've just found you channel and subscribed too. Are you still eating meat? Beef is one of the most polluting thing we eat and is the most difficult to digest. I am truly curious what could you make with your body in a whole-food plant-based diet. 🙂
