The Best Electric and Alkaline Foods for Your Health (Dr. Sebi Approved Food List)

Is
your diet acidic or alkaline?
As you probably already know, the foods we
eat have a large impact on our health.
Foods that are considered to be alkaline can
give us several health benefits.
One of the most known supporters of the alkaline
diet was Dr. Sebi, a herbalist and healer
that dedicated his life to the study of plants
and herbs. His teachings have helped thousands
of people all over the world, be it in prevention
or curing of serious diseases.
Due to this, even after his death in 2016,
his articles are still being publicized by
several people, whose lives were changed and
health was restored by this diet. Dr. Sebi
characterized all foods in 5 groups: live,
raw, dead, hybrid, genetically modified and
drugs. The diet he proposed eliminates all
food groups but the first two.
His list of recommended vegetables is long,
but a few that can be highlighted are: bell
peppers, chayote, cucumbers, kale, lettuce,
okra, onions, squash, turnip greens, wild
arugula and zucchini.
The fruit list is full of berries, apart from
apples, bananas, dates, figs, grapes, limes,
mango, melons, orange, papayas, peaches, pears,
plums, prunes, raisins and tamarinds.
And what can you use to season your food?
This list is a little shorter but it allows
basil, bay leaf, cayenne, cloves, oregano,
sea salt, sage and thyme, among others.
When it comes to sugars and sweeteners the
list is even shorter. The only ones allowed
are date sugar from dried dates and 100% Pure
Agave Syrup from cactus.
The most recommended grains are amaranth,
quinoa, rye and wild rice, to name a few.
For many, this diet may be considered limited,
but the people who follow it say that there
are enough foods for a varied diet. Check

  1. In Egypt many of these fruits, vegetable and grains are not found.. and if they are.. can you see yourself to pay 60le for 2 or 3 small over riped avacados? There is bottled alkaline water.. a small bottle of about 6 or 8 Oz's is 41le. The average person lives on about 1500.00 let month.. this is for all needs except rent.. if your on asthma or ginko+ for arthritis .. it's bear to in possible

  2. I have dr. sebi's nutritional guide and I didn't see jalapeños! Are those not allowed once so ever because I've heard theres foods you can eat that are alkaline that aren't on the nutritional guide??

  4. this is a horrible video and reason why there is so much scattered information on alkaline foods. dr sebi is very specific. and u can’t just eat any kale, or any oranges or limes

  5. No hybrids, no starch, no meats or dairy is apart of his teachings besides clean water and mostly indigenous fruits and vegetables to the land

  11. I've wanted to do this but to be honest with you I don't think I would enjoy eating anymore. I love having a more varied plant based diet than that.

  12. What about all the other fruits? Are the rest that aren't listed here man-made and acidic? There's a lot of other fruits that weren't listed. And what about natural cane juice and maple syrup as sweetners too? Now I need a full list of what foods to avoid and the reason behind it.

    2/ indicate how this alkalinity impacts ph of the blood ph of the stomach .
    3/ what makes a food to be alkaline .. in terms of biochemistry !!!

  15. Don't eat fruits as often. Ur teeth will suffer. Also they heighten your blood sugar levels . Lots of fruits have poisonous seeds like cherry and apple seeds they have cyanide. They release the cyanide once the skin is punctured!! Fruits should not be eaten everyday.
