Hello Friends !! Welcome to Ashu’s Home Kitchen Today I will make recipe for Fast … Singhara Aloo Mix … (Water chestnut & Potato Mix) Ingredients … 1 cup boiled Singhara (Water Chestnut boiled in cooker till 1 whistle) 1 cup boiled potato (cub shape cut) … 1 tsp black pepper (crushed) & coriander leaves for garnishing … 1 tsp Amchur Powder (mango powder) … 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp clarified butter (Ghee) & Rock salt to taste … Kashmiri red chili … Used for color & flavor… its not pungent … 2 green chili (fine chopped) … Now … we will start to prepare the recipe … Please subscribe …my channel … & press the bell icon to get the latest video notifications … Please take the wok … & make it hot … add 2 tbsp clarified butter (Ghee) … heat it up … add 1 tsp cumin seeds … let it pop up … now add the potato cubs … saute it properly … After saute it … we will add Water chestnut … cut the water chestnut if you wish …its up to you (optional) … if you want smaller size water chestnut mix it well … Keep the flame on medium high … After 1 minute … add rock salt … if prepared for Fast … or use normal salt … as per your to taste … 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili … mix it … spread it properly like this … to cook it properly … on wok hot surface … now add 1 tsp Amchur powder (Mango powder) … mix it … it will reduce the pungent taste … add the green chili … mix it … keep it cover for 1 minute … After 1 minute …check it … Potato … Water chestnut … are cooked & looks softer than earlier … now add the crushed black pepper … mix it … switch off the stove friends … now add the coriander leaves … mix it … After properly mixing …we will serve it … Hey Friend!! our recipe “Singhara Aloo Mix” is ready … (Water chestnut & Potato Mix) you can eat it in Fast … Please like my videos … & please don’t forget to subscribe … Comment me your experiences … Thankx for watching ” Ashu’s Home Kitchen” Thank you …
