Gastric and intestine problems are caused due to the negligence of food. Moreover it affects the overall health and in this video we are going to see when and how to take food. Breakfast is essential and we should not skip it as there is a big gap between dinner and breakfast . Due to work pressure most of the people don’t take food in the right time and it is unhealthy. Hydro chloric acid needed for digestion secretes in the right time and we feel hungry. When we don’t take food in the right time this acid erodes the stomach wall and causes stomach problems and ulcer. Overacting is unhealthy as being in empty stomach and so it is best to take food when we feel hungry. Taking large meals at a time leads to digestion problem as well as diabetes. Divide your meals into 4 or 5 according to your health condition and it makes digestion easier. Many people have the habit of taking tea frequently instead take one cup in the morning and one in the evening. Taking more tea reduces the appetite and cause complications. If we sleep immediately after food it creates indigestion, constipation, sleeping problems. It takes 4-5 hours for digestion but as we sleep immediately after taking food digestion becomes hard. As digestion parts will be rest at that time it causes heart burn, sleep deprived etc. so stay awake atleast for 1- 1 1/2 hrs after dinner. North Indians take more sweets than south Indians but mostly south Indians are affected by diabetes. Both rice and wheat have same calories but while polishing rice lose its fibre content. But wheat doesn’t lose any nutrition and that is why it is taken by north indians. When we take roti when we chew it well saliva mixes with the food and helps digestion. But as there is no need to chew more it is digested as a whole and produces more calories and increases sugar level. Most of the people watch Tv while taking food but you should not watch TV or read books while eating as you will not be aware the amount of food intake. Don’t talk or laugh while eating as it may cause nasal drip.
