Namaste,i’am Tsheten.I would like to welcome you all to my channel And today i’am going to share pork typo recipe For this recipe i’am using 3 cups of plain flour (maida) Add 1Tbs sugar in a half bowl of lukewarm water Add 1 Tbs yeast Mix it well Cover and keep for 5 minutes After 5 minutes yeast solution will be ready to use Add little bit of salt in this flour Mix Mix Now start to knead a dough using yeast solution Use normal water as required and knead a soft dough Dough is ready now Cover and let it rest for half and hour in a warm place of your kitchen For stuffing i’am using minced pork with extra fat Fat will help typo to be very juicy Add 1 medium size onion finely chopped Small cabbage finely chopped 2 Tbs ginger paste 1 bunch of spring onion finely chopped 1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped Salt according to your taste Mix all ingredients with your clean hand or using gloves In typo recipe we have to use hard boiled egg So here i have used three hard boiled eggs Divided into four Every things is ready now to make a typo I have divided into 12 balls of dough All are in same size So the eggs also i have cut it in a 12 Start to roll the dough ball When you roll the typo wrapper roll the edge slightly thin and keep the inner part thick And roll little bit bigger size Put typo stuffing in the middle of wrapper In the middle of stuffing put egg Take it in your hand and start to fold like a round momos Look one typo is ready I have already grease momos steamer and it was ready to use So now one by one i will put typo here Now all 12 typos i will make it like this Here i have shown you three typos to fold So now all 12 typos is ready for steam To steam this typos i have already boiling the soup You will find this soup recipe in my channel With soup the typo will be very delicious So ever time i make typo with soup…yummy yummy Put the steamer onto the boiling soup Cover and let it steam for 15 to 20 minutes After 20 minutes of steaming typos cooked perfectly Outer part is thick soft like bun and inside stuffing is very juicy I will show you inside stuffing part how does it look Don’t forget to try this recipe it will be very delicious Plating is ready with spicy achar on top I’am going to show you inside part of this typo how juicy it was cooked I hope you guys will like this typo recipe If you are new to my channel please consider subscribe And share with your friends and families Thank you by/by
