Nilagang Baka – an everyday dish that can be found in almost all carinderias (small eatery) in the Philippines which is highly appreciated by every one. Let it simmer of 2-3 hours Saba banana – primarily a cooking banana though it can also be eaten raw Sitaw – “string beans” 2 more minutes and it’s done Wondering what wine to pair with this dish? Actually… NONE Nothing fancy at all.. Just add rice and that’s it!
