  7. Good luck and keep it up Madhuri, all the moms out there if you donโ€™t have gym option at least try to walk for 30 to 45 minutes daily . Eventually add running and jogging to that by following good diet(not fad diets). I am a 1st time mom and by the end of my delivery my weight went up to 215 lbs from 155. My daughter is 15 months now and currently my weight is 145 , so I lost 70 lbs which I thought was an impossible event for a full-time working mom.Set the goal and do it .. If I can .. you can.

Sahaja..Please go through Fitness2flash page in Facebook..if not for you, you can suggest your subscribers about the page if you think it's good..they have very good meal plans and workout plans right from beginners, working moms, Post pregnancy workouts for very very minimal price..most of them that can be done at home without any equipment.
    PS: I am just a member of the group and I found it really worthy๐Ÿ˜Š

  19. Hello Madhuri, your video was very inspirational. I really appreciate that you were very transparent in your video. I want to start my weight loss journey soon from coming Jan strictly. Like you, i am a bread person too, and cant eat salads at all, I have tried but cant. I only did cardio till now, never did weights, i heard weights are very effective for weight loss, but i am a beginner and dont know at all abt weights. Can u make a video abt using weights for beginners of possible? Or can u just share basic info abt weights? Awesome video btw!! All the best for ur journey!! U can do it!!

  20. try intermittent fasting if ur metabolism is slow…it improves ur metabolism and work out in fasting window for better worked out for me down by 12 pounds in 2 months still 40 pounds to lose..good luck to us๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰
