First we set up the chopping board
We take a wet duster
And place the chopping board on top
First we peel the onion. And make sure your knife’s sharp
Take the head off first
Slice it from the middle
Remove the skin
Now remove the head
Slice the onion starting from the head side
The knife action should be smooth
