How To Get Clear Skin Naturally with Antioxidants #DayInMySkin + Beauty food recipes

this videos for anyone who’s experiencing acne inflammatory reaction sun spots discoloration hyperpigmentation wrinkles dryness dehydration loss of suppleness pretty much majority of the people out there of course these different types of conditions are caused by different types of causes too however there is one thing one universal cost that they share in common which is called oxidative stress we are living in an era where we encounter far wider range of sassari those external stressors than those faced by our previous generations including our mom and dad and our grandpa and grandmas our skin and beginning at a much faster rate than ever before so therefore it’s really really crucial for us to protect and prevent the oxidative stress and also reverse the damage this is what my skin goes through in a day I often don’t get enough sleep so sleep disturbance is a major issue for me and sleep hormone called melatonin is the key for our skin recovery and rejuvenation each sleepless night we confess skin recovery by 10% causing a dullness I live in an urban City where there’s a lot of cars and pollution and fine dust is another major issue that’s this rapidly rising high pollution level mainly PM of 10:00 can decrease the skin elasticity by 2% and the poor air quality can cause 20% more penguin spots on forehead and the cheeks UV radiation so four hours of exposure and during mid noon Sun could accelerate aging process I think I’m pretty good with my diet most of times but not all the times poor diet generally provides lower level of absorbable antioxidants and other nutrients that are needed to maintain a healthy skin of course and it often leads to vitamin deficiencies stress stress stress of course a stress a lot from a lot of things work relationships the pons Institute found out 10 minutes of stress leads to 10 percent loss in skin barrier strengths and what’s the source hormone called cortisol spike stop this can trigger and swim to risk in conditions like acne by now you might be thinking we’re kind of doomed to be living in this environment a lot of toxic skin enemies flying around to damage our skin but don’t stress about it because stress is another major contributor in damaging our skin we can’t really do anything about the skin enemies free now however we can help tame it by strengthening our skin with antioxidants nowadays antioxidant is often highlighted as the best ingredient that you can put inside the body and also apply it topically it does have an ability to bring up our bodies and skins immunity to fight against the free radical or to neutralize a free radical and also it’ll strengthen our skins how does antioxidant work anyways our skin in its original state it has an ability to regulate regenerate and also repair the damage by itself naturally however we’re exposed to these different types of skin enemies affecting our skin and affecting in cellular aging at the DNA level and this is caused by excessively produced free radicals now free radicals is simply like the bad guys once antioxidants gets penetrated into our skin they turn the harmful free radicals into harmless compounds therefore stopping them from damaging our DNA elastin and collagen so if you’re planning to include any type of antioxidant ingredients in your skincare game you might want to look for these following ingredients from active ingredients the best antioxidant that is known and studied so far is vitamin C powerful antioxidant to our skin you can look for something with L ascorbic acid ascorbic acid and there are other many forms of vitamin C as well vitamin E is a great antioxidant as well and there is glutathione resveratrol niacin amide freulich acid and etc Center some antioxidant ingredients can be multitasking they can also regulate the melanin production they can stimulate the collagen production and you’ll have more even and brighter and strengthened skin so diskin care products a world help however it’s really more important to consume more antioxidant rich food so I am going to share my favorite it’s three easy healthy and delicious recipes that you can follow and let’s forget blueberry pancakes and this only requires four ingredients how simple is that so we’re starting off with half a cup of oats or more two bananas two eggs and blueberries here we go which is often called the leader when it comes to antioxidant ground the oats to a fine flour and then mix every ingredients together into a blender and voila we have the mix already so roll everything and the color look at the color is really aesthetic I coated the pan with some cooking oil and as you can see enough difference pancakes with Bristow’s do not judge me but here we have it it’s really really yummy it’s filling it tastes really really good and it just looks very professional and good [Applause] [Music] [Music] next we have much a chia pudding you guys all know matcha is probably the king of antioxidant when it comes to to taking them so here’s another way to infuse so much a challenge to your diet pour the almond milk or any kind of cotton mill that you prefer it and add some matcha powder and shake it off [Music] Denver’s my dad some chia seeds as much as you like I love juices because it’s really really rich in omega-3 it’s really really good give it another shake and then store it in the fridge for at least 2 hours then it kind of becomes like this jello gooey type of texture which is really fun and tasty add any toppings that you like if you can’t handle the bitter taste as much I add some maple syrup that will do and enjoyed being much a goodness everyone next we have tomorrow broccoli Steve this is a very easy through everything from the fridge kind of menu that I often make it tomatoes are loaded with antioxidants such as a liquid vitamin A and C and broccoli is my girls and boys is another concentrated source of vitamin C and it’s really rich in fibers and so silly so Dave together create a powerful antioxidant combo I’m going to cook the garlic and onions first with a dash of water and then adding tomato juice others IJ’s a cup of water [Music] then I added some commodities to give that rich tomato flavor and last but not least we’re going to throw in the broccoli and we’re done I don’t like seasoning it because it’s already quite dense in flavor however you can definitely do it with salt and pepper or whatever you like this is a really hearty and discomforting it’s really good guys try it out so bring up your antioxidant game internally and also topically you will definitely see result with the healthier skin and body as well if you have any skincare questions we’ll leave them down below because I will be collaborating more with the ponds Institute the ponds Institute is basically the Science Research and Development Center and they’ve been really really helpful in providing me with a lot of that basic research so we would love to definitely answer some of your questions don’t forget to join the pom pom family by subscribing to my channel and I will talk to you guys really soon stay healthy and fine

Can u pls search about it and tell me how to get rid of it? Sometimes it become huge and when its gone it leave some redness to my face and won’t gone 😭

  12. Hi Liah, this is a good video I've been looking for for a while now. Recently I found out that there's a way to know the presence of antioxidants in our own saliva. It's called Lelolab. What do you think about it? Have you tried it yet?

  13. Thank you for your awsome advices and it must be really great if you make a video about your English practising cause your English just like perfect.

  14. Liah, I think you’re such an inspiration☺️ I really enjoy the way you display these information in such an informative way. I have been battling with redness, sensitive, dry, acne type skin for such a long time. My skin barrier is so damaged and nothing I use seems to be effective even with sensitive claiming brands like Avenue or la roche porsay. As a nurse, I have work overnight shifts which is super damaging to my skin…. causing my damaged skin to breakout even more due to hormonal reasons😫 I’m so frustrated and. Feel so helpless:( I orders some supplements you suggested and was hoping I can manage my internal body as much as I could 😩😩 Do you have suggestion as how I can manage my hormonal breakouts as someone who stays up overnight constantly 😩

  15. 10 minutes of stress = 10% skin loss skin barrier strength??? srsly??
but college stressed me out for a full semester, and then holiday, and then a semester full of stress again😂
this is why my skin never improve

  16. try lemon juice + water + pure honey + chia seeds!! it tastes realllllly good especially if it’s shaken with ice 🧡🧡

  17. These recipes are great but I wouldn't recommend eating eggs… The cholesterol clogs arteries and while you're young you think you don't have to worry about it yet, you are wrong. The smaller the diameter of a vessel the easier it is for it to get clogged, and yes this includes the tiny veins in your face. I don't think limiting circulation there would help your skin. Not to mention eggs being full of hormones that will disturb yours. Moreover the fat in them absorbs way too fast into your bloodstream, as if you've drank oil or ate butter, and what it does, is that it causes blood cells to stack up on each other. This way they're way less effective at carrying oxygen = you're lowkey suffocating (and this is exactly what causes the very tired, sleepy feeling after eating. unless your belly is bursting and you've seriously overating you shouldn't feel like this, but energised after a meal. survey your diet and eliminate whatever makes you suffocate from the inside). And low blood oxydation makes a perfect environment for all kinds of inflammation to take place just as for cancer growth and formation. Besides that, great video as always <3

  18. Thank you so much iam speak english but i can understand Your videos since you use photos and images, can you please talk about acne cause by polyquistic ovarios and a diet that we can use bc this situation dont let us to eat normally. Thank you do much

  19. I find myself confused, why my dermatologist(s) that i have visited is not as informative as you are!, thank you liah!, watch and subscribe your channel have been an epiphany and eye opening!

  20. Quick question: if u add broccoli and etc vegetables into the pot, wouldn’t the nutrients within the veggies get damaged due to the heat? Im just worried like i feel like i should eat veggies raw instead of cooking them to preserve the nutrients. Lmk if im thinking it wrong!

  21. Is it possible to replace the bananas with something else? I don't like them at all T^T
Edit : I researched a bit and 1 banana can be replaced with 1/2 cup of applesauce

  22. I have trouble sleeping at night so I mostly catch up on sleep in the daytime when I don’t get enough rest. Does sleeping in the daytime still makes my skin 10% less? I’m worried that I’m damaging my skin still. I thought as long as I got 8 hours of sleep it didn’t matter if it was night or day really. 😣 so which is it?

  23. another way to have amazing skin, is being happy and working out. it makes a person glow. take it from me, i work out rarely and whenever i do, i look fly. lmao thats all.

  29. Liah, you're amazing girl, thanks for all your tips.
Just one advice, the coconut oil it is the most saturated oil of all, so it shouldn't be consumed, also consuming chia seeds are bad for the body so you should only consume the water.
    Kisses darling, because you rock.

  30. Herbs have some of the highest antioxidants. They could be added to the tomato broccoli stew for an antioxidant increase. Also added to many other dishes.

  35. Hi liah, can you advise me what should I do to get rid of a redness on my nose area?

I have tried many products but no improvement. Product like centalla asiatica, calendula, salicylic acid, mud mask, water sleeping mask, vic c but really nothing… T.T it's been more than 5 years already, although it's not hurt but I always need to wear foundation to cover it.

Appreciate your advise. Maybe there is some food I need to avoid?

  36. What is the best product or brand to break free from your acne? I read plenty of good reviews on the net about how exactly Fopobiacne Secrets can help you clear your acne naturally. Has anybody tried using this popular acne treatment?
