High Protein Breakfast for Fat loss and Muscle gain

It’s around 9’o clock in the morning.
I was about to leave for office in some time
so I though why shouldn’t I quickly share with you what I eat in my breakfast.

Generally, we can not spare too much time
in the morning for breakfast.
I will share with you a simple meal.
It will take 5-7 minutes to prepare it.
It will be very healthy and very easy to make.
So, without any further delay, let’s start.
Here, I have oats.
It is very easy to make oats.
Just boil the milk and put the required amount
of oats in it.
Oats will cook in 2-3 minutes in steam.
So, that’s how I make oats.
This is 250 ml of milk with 40 g of oats.
Just mix all the ingredients.
