Hey YouTube fam! It me, Linda. So, if you’re into picnics
— you’re at the right place. It’s not a picnic unless you have a refreshing drink
like this Vodka & Mint Lemonade. So, you’ll start by adding lemonade. You can make 4 cups
of lemonade or if you’re tight on time like me, go with Minute Maid Lemonade. I do think
it makes the drink tangier than if you had made lemonade from scratch so just keep that
in mind. Then this is TOTALLY optional, but you can add vodka. My advice is to pick a
vodka that’s much smoother than this one but uh…if you’re doing this last minute
like me, Smirnoff is aite. Then add ½ cup of sliced strawberries, lemon, lime, and fresh
mint leaves to the jug and you’re done! One thing I would’ve changed when making
this is..after the first day, to remove the lemon and lime ‘cause it did mak the drink
bitter but aesthetically, 10/10. Here, we have a BLT pasta salad. It’s funny
‘cause I don’t like tomato, literally did it ‘cause the man does. So, you’re
going to start with a large bowl, add romaine lettuce, tomato if you like tomato, cucumber
in case you don’t like tomato and is trying to mask the taste of tomato, cooked and chopped
up bacon strips, and lastly, cooked bow tie pasta. Then you’ll want to drizzle 1 cup of ranch dressing and barbeque sauce over the top. Then mix or toss to coat evenly. Now, you could’ve done mayo instead of ranch dressing, but that just comes down to personal preference. These are something my boyfriend and I make
on the regular–they’re so fresh, healthy, and simple to make. The first and most important
part is to have everything sliced and ready to go before you begin assembling. You don’t
need to use the same variety of veggies, you don’t have to include shrimp like me. You add what you like. So you’ll want to wrap it up in rice paper. If you’ve never made these before,
my suggestion is to dip the rice paper in WARM water for a couple of secs, like 3 seconds.
Don’t do it too long or it’ll break when you roll them up. Then what I like to do is
place everything very tightly on ⅓ of the slightly firm rice paper so it’s easier
to roll up. To do so, gently pull up the bottom of the roll and roll over the filling. Mid-way
through the roll, use your hands to tuck the filling in if needed ‘cause what you want
is a very tight roll. Then afterwards, fold in the sides of the rice paper and continue to roll it up all the
way. TAA-DAA! So, these last two are no-brainers but they’re
SO cute. Like, you put so much thought and love into making these. #relationshipgoals
So, we first have heart-shaped PB&J sammies. You’ll absolutely will need a heart shaped
cookie cutter for this. Like, how cute is that!? To the end day, we’re keeping it light with
fruits! But..we’re going to Linda-fy this, yeah. I said it. Linda-fy ‘cause if you
TRULY know me…I will attempt to make anything into a heart. In this case,
heart shaped watermelon. You are welcome.
