Today I will show how to prepare Half boiled vegetables.
It is very easy to prepare. It is a healthy option for all age groups.
You can take it as breakfast or dinner.
You can also take it as side dish during lunch.
It is a healthy recipe.
Half boiled vegetables prevents obesity, cardiac disorders & cancer. It has high nutritional values.
It is high in abundant presence of vitamins, minerals, folic acid, enzymes & fibre.

Now we will see the preparation of Half Boiled vegetables.
The ingredients to prepare Half Boiled Vegetables.
Chopped Baby Corn pieces : 50 Grams
Chopped Mushroom : 50 Grams, Broccoli : 50 Grams, Chopped Carrot :50 Grams,Beans pieces : 50 Grams
Chopped Coriander leaves : 2 tsp
Fresh Green peas : 1/2 Cup.
Cooking oil : 1 tsp.
Rock Salt as need. If you want, can use table salt also. Rock salt controls Blood Pressure.
Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp. Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp.
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp.
First place the Cooker on Gas Stove and turn on flame.
Pour one tsp of Cooking Oil.
Add Cumin Seeds to oil.
Usage of Half Boiled Vegetables aids in weight loss.
You can add any Green leafy vegetables to this recipe.
Can add Chenna or Black-eyed peas.
Add Black Pepper powder after initially fried Cumin seeds.
Add all chopped vegetables to this.
Add coriander leaves lastly.Keep the stove in medium flame.
Stir well to mix uniformly with Pepper powder & Cumin Seeds.
Since the presence of Calories are very less in Half Boiled Vegetables,it will digest easily.
Add Salt and mix it.
Add fresh Green Peas.
Add Garam Masala powder.
Add one tbsp of Water and mix it.
Use less water to retain the original colour of vegetables.
It reduces acidity problems.
Now cover with lid and keep it in medium flame.
Wait for one whistle and turn off the stove.
After reduction of pressure,remove the lid from Cooker.
Stir it and add lemon juice to the recipe and mix it..
Provides healthy skin because of more presence of water content in it.
Now Half Boiled Vegetables are ready.
Take it into Serving Bowl.
