Oatmeal Porridge Asian, Ben cooks for you today.
Welcome, here I am again.
Nice that you are back again.
Today I make oatmeal porridge for you.
With kidney beans.
In Europe it is funny to cook with the sweet beans, but in Asia this is completely normal.
If you have tried this once, you like it
to eat over and over again.
So, let’s get started.
Today’s ingredients are cherries, bananas,
Kidney beans, yacon syrup, salt, water, almond paste,
Peanuts, oatmeal and oat bran.
First I cook the water.
This recipe is very simple.
I add a pinch of salt.
Because of the sweetness, I also take some salt
In addition, that gives a round taste.
The water is boiling now.
I add the oatmeal.
And also the oat bran.
I let everything boil up and take it once
it then from the stove.
Then I add some almond paste.
This is a good Eiweis and for a breakfast
very tasty and very healthy.
I add some yacon syrup.
Now I’m just crushing the kidney beans with the fork.
When the beans are crushed, they better absorb the sweetness of the yacon syrup. And that gives in the mouth also a very good taste.
That is already very delicious.
Now come the bananas.
It’s best to buy ripe bananas that are
then a bit sweetish.
I just slice them.
That was easy. Now I can do it already.
I put the bananas on top.
Decorate with the cherries.
You can also take frozen cherries, which are usually very sweet.
Now come the kidney beans even more.
And now peanuts.
Well, easy, fast and healthy.
I’ll tell you how it tastes.
Porridge with kidney beans.
This taste reminds me of my childhood.
Well, my mother has these kidney beans
Now I’m still trying with Ednuss.
It’s crispy and has a good aroma, along with porridge.
Together with the fruit, it tastes round and not too sweet.
Now I try it with the bananas.
I do not have to explain anything about the bananas, everyone knows how they taste, right?
But, it tastes totally perfect.
And it just works.
So, thanks for watching.
Until next time.
But if you want more breakfast recipes, write me that in the comments and I’ll make more breakfast recipes.
That’s mine, right.
