Today we’ll cook a savoury dish named Dahi Batata Puri For this we’ll need a Dates and Tamarind chutney For this we’ll need a Dates and Tamarind chutney And also a coriander Mint Chutney Please check the description box for the recipes of these chutneys Please check the description box for the recipes of these chutneys For Dahi Batata Puri, Firstly we’ll prepare potato mix Take 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes Add 1/4th Cup boiled sprouted green gram (Moong) 1/4th tsp salt Mix it properly I have used sprout green gram, Alternatively you can also use cooked chickpeas Take some golgappa Puris in the plate Crack the Puris from the center this way Arrange some Puris in the plate by cracking them this way Take 1/2 cup fresh curd Add 1/4 tsp salt in it and mix it Add the potato mix in the Puri Approximately half a spoon of potato mix for a Puri Then add the Dates and Tamarind chutney Approximately 1 tsp chutney for 1 Puri Then add the Coriander and Mint Chutney (Green Chutney) Add this chutney as per your requirement of taste (medium or more spicy) Then add the curd Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top Then Sprinkle some red chilli powder on the top Then add some small pieces of crunchy noodles( made from chickpea flour paste) Then some finely chopped coriander leaves Sev Batata Puri is ready to eat
