For our Chinese Bhel we are going to fry the
Noodles, when noodles become crispy then take
it out, now it has become crispy and it will
give a nice crunch in Chinese Bhel so I am
going to take it out.
Now I am going to make Chinese Bhel, first
a fall add 1 tbsp of Oil, now in this I am
going to add some chopped garlic, some chopped
ginger and stir it well, now add some red
onions, again mix it very well, now add some
cabbage and give it a nice stir.
Now I am going to add our sauces one by one,
first a fall add Soy sauce ( Dark Soy Sauce
) 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp red
chili sauce, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1 tbsp
Vinegar, mix all the things very well.
Now I am going to add some spring onions greens,
mix it nicely, now in this add fried noodles,
crush it well with hands and then add, now
mix it very well, so this is it our quick
Chinese Bhel is ready so add some some spring
onions greens and now we are going to serve
