Broccoli Recipe in Hindi by Indian Food Made Easy

Broccoli is full of healthy nutrients which must be added to our diet So today we will make gravy broccoli recipe which goes well with roti These are all the ingredients required for broccoli recipe To begin making gravy broccoli recipe firstly add one spoon of cooking oil in a hot pan Add 1 inch piece of ginger chopped in little pieces 2 chopped medium sized onions And add one fine chopped green chilli and roast till onions gets transparent After about 2 minutes while cooking at medium-high heat when onions looks transparent, then add 4 medium sized chopped tomatoes in this We will cook tomatoes for 1 to 2 minutes until they get a little soft After cooking for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat tomatoes will get very soft Now turn off the flame and let this mixture cool off a little When this mixture is cold enough, add this in a blending jar and blend to make smooth puree It’ll take just a few seconds to make puree, we will use this puree to make tasty gravy for today’s broccoli recipe Now to begin making tadka for broccoli, add 1 large spoon of cooking oil in a hot pan When oil heats up add 2 pinch of asafoetida powder, which is very good for our digestion And add 1/2 spoon of cumin seeds and cook for 10 to 20 seconds, so cumin seeds could get a little roasted When cumin seeds turns a little brown, now add the puree we prepared and mix well together After mixing it well, now we will add dry spices to this We have 1/2 spoon of garam masala 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder And add 1/2 spoon or as per your taste salt, and mix everything well together We will keep mixing these spices in tadka on medium-high flame until tadka leaves the oil After cooking for about 5 minutes oil seems separating from tadka, now we are adding 1 cup of fresh green peas We have used fresh green peas, you can use frozen or fresh peas which ever you have And lastly add 1/2 kilo of chopped broccoli to this and mix well Did you know that broccoli has good amount of iron, potassium, vitamins, minerals and lots of nutrients in it ? That’s why we should definitely include broccoli into our diets To add gravy in this broccoli recipe add about 1 cup of water to this To serve this broccoli sabji with roti, gravy broccoli recipe is much better than dry broccoli sabji We added 1 cup of water for gravy, you can add or reduce quantity of water as per your gravy need After cooking for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat check the peas by pressing one a little this way When peas are well cooked and soft enough, broccoli sabji is ready to serve Serve this hot broccoli sabzi along with freshly made rotis Did you liked our today’s recipe ?   1. Ye broccoli h gobi nahi. Why do u spoil that authentication. You should know there is a very thin line in fusion and spoil.
