Berries Smoothie Bowl
Add in a blender:
1 cup of coconut milk
(or any other milk you like)
And 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
You can learn how to make your own coconut milk
by clicking on the card above.
Next add:
1 and 1/2 cups of mixed berries
Blend everything for less than 1 minute,
just enough to have all ingredients combined.
Then, turn off the blender and, using a spoon mix in:
1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Pour the liquid in a serving bowl and
refrigerate it overnight. 🌙
It’s DONE!
You can top with extra berries and/or
a tablespoon of coconut cream before serving.
This is perfect as a breakfast
for a hot summer morning.
Or even to chill out in the afternoon.
You can also vary the type of berries, having just
strawberries or blueberries.
