    since I train to lose weight,I avoid:
    1.oil foods
    2.my lovely future curry i.e meat😭
    3.i avoid pasta which my brother gave it to me
    4.i fast like a week,I eat biscuits and cookies
    5.i know that chocolates are fats,I prefer to eat bread with jam
    6.i'm sad to know that salad is bad,all along training with salad was useless😭😭😢
    (I know none would believe me😭😭😭😭😢,and on #4 line you wouldn't believe meeeeeeeeeee)

    dude im skinny af, i got bone and skin on my arms, everyday in dinner i eat pasta and fries and chicken,i everyday eat bread and drink soda,ive gained nothing

  12. Hello guys…if you wanna gain weight… you should make a diet chart…
    Here are some energy dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight:-
    Dried fruits :- raisins, dates and others
    Nuts :- peanuts, almonds, walnuts
    High fat dairy :- full fat yogurt, milk, cheese, cream
    Meat:- chicken,
    Tubers:- potatoes, sweet potatoes
    Guys it's very important to eat mostly healthy foods even when you're trying to gain weight..eat plenty of protein…
    Eggs are one of the healthiest muscle building foods.
    And guys don't drink water before meals.. because this can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories..drink water 30 minutes after meal…
