1 cup of bread flour
1 cup of pastry flour
140 ml of hot water
2 pinches of salt
Some potato starch
Rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
1/4 cabbage
5 to 8 garlic chives
2 tbs of sesame oil
4 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbs of sake
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
150 g of ground pork
Roll it into a circle which is 10 cm in diameter.
Bring up to a boil on medium heat.
Boil them for about 5 minutes.
Cool them in an ice bath.
