Welcome to our channel “MY FIRST VIEW” Today we are going to make Pav Bhaji(Masala Gravy) I’ve taken a pressure pan and made it hot Add sliced potatoes(1/4 Kg) Add Chopped Tomatoes(1/4Kg) 50 to 100gms of Cauliflower Add 50 grams of Green Peas Allow to cook till 3 whistles in a pressure pan Allow to cook till 3 whistles in a pressure pan Add salt to taste Add little water to cook Its cooked now after 3 whistles Its cooked now after 3 whistles Mash it well Mash it well Take a Kadai and add some butter Add 1/2 Tbsp of Jeera Add 1 cup of chopped onion Add little salt for the Onion to get fried We’ve already added little salt in the previous vegetable mixture so add only little salt Fry it till the onions turns golden brown Add 1Tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste Add 1Tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste Add 1 Medium sized chopped capsicum You can see its perfectly fried now You can see its perfectly fried now Add 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric powder Add 1 Tbsp of Garam Masala Powder Add 2 Tbsp of Kashmiri Chili Powder Fry it a little Add the mashed mixture now Add the mashed mixture now Add the mashed mixture now Add very little water to cook the mashed mixture Add very little water to cook the mashed mixture Add 1 Tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala or Maggi Masala Add 1 Tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala or Maggi Masala Add 1 Tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala or Maggi Masala Allow it to cook for another 5 mins Allow it to cook for another 5 mins After 5 Mins Add little fresh coriander leaves Add little fresh coriander leaves I’ve taken a traditional dosa tawa and made it hot Take a Pav Bun and cut it in the middle like this Add little butter in the hot tawa Add little masala now Please keep the flame in medium mode Keep the masala in the corners of the tawa Add some more butter Apply very little butter in the pav bun The Pav Bhaji is ready to be serve now Its really delicious !!!
